It is against their policies to:
post any form of advertising for your items, auctions, etc.,
offer to buy or sell items or services
or otherwise talk business that ebay feels would be keeping money from going in their pockets.
It is their site and we are but clients, so we do try to respect their policies...
(and it keeps us from getting booted out of there) :-)
